The Information & Technologies service is integral to Knowsley Metropolitian Borough Council's Directorate of Children and Family Services ICT Strategy. The Service is made up of four teams including City Learning Centres, Programme Team, Information Systems and the Schools Support Centre. They work with a number of partners across the Directorate and wider Council to procure, develop and support the use of ICT, systems and professional development opportunities.
