If you book a place and are no longer able to make the event, then your place can be transferred to another member of staff within your school/organisation.
If you do need to cancel your place, the following charges will apply:
– Over 2 weeks before the conference: no charge will be incurred
– 2 weeks or less: we will charge your school/organisation £100pp cancellation fee.
By registering for the conference you are confirming that you agree to our cancellation charges.
